Every Flasher fight over issue of Flash not being seen by search engines. Even that’s true when you consider just plain SWF file that is completly untrue if you serve your information well. I’m sure you know about serving alternative content. Another great solution which more complements with alternative content is Sitemaps.
I will quote what they say on Sitemaps.org :
“Sitemaps are an easy way for webmasters to inform search engines about pages on their sites that are available for crawling. In its simplest form, a Sitemap is an XML file that lists URLs for a site along with additional metadata about each URL (when it was last updated, how often it usually changes, and how important it is, relative to other URLs in the site) so that search engines can more intelligently crawl the site.”
As I’ve heard Google, Yahoo and many others are seeing this XML file so there is really nice solution to help Flash site be more seen by search engines. Visit Sitemaps.org and find out more.

I can exlpain it more detailed, I will probably try to create some PHP file for automaticlly generating Sitemap from XML, being that Flash is mostly powered from XML file

Thank u for this tips for site map. Do u now if sitemap is importent when i start a webshop and make the top banner on site in flash?
if banner is rotational and does not have anything to do with page content of a page where it resides it’s does not need to have any SEO included
if that banner contains menu which basically have links to other pages and some information it would be good to use for start Alternative content stuff (putting into plaint HTML div where you write flash content same data you are outputting through the flash banner)
sitemap is basically map of site pages and does not refer to particular part of the pages
